Ex-Gay Surivors Conference

Project: Beyond Ex-Gay and Soulforce organized the first ever conference for participants of ex-gay therapy to share their story and chart a path of healing from the emotional, spiritual, and sometimes phyiscal harm that such therapies induce. The two-day conference was scheduled on the same weekend, in the same city as the annual Exodus International Freedom Conference as a productive response. Leaders from Exodus were invited to an informal and off-the-record dinner. Three local leaders attended.

Creative Reduction documented portions of the main day of events which were not private and conducted interviews with participants.
